Pricing
I aim to be competitive and flexible with my prices and will quote individually for jobs after speaking with you.
For small jobs, I charge at an hourly or half-day rate. Larger jobs are charged at a day rate.

Who is the Handyman by the Heath?
My name is Simon. I live in the Bernards Heath area of St Albans. I have spent more than 30 years taking things apart, figuring out how they work and repairing them. Over that time, I have also undertaken all manner of DIY projects around the home and garden for myself, family and others, and gained a lot of skills along the way.
Professionally, I have experience in the built environment sector, in particular with building standards, legislation, health & safety, and industry best practice. This informs my approach to undertaking work.
I am now pursuing my practical interests by offering my skills and experience to you for your household projects. Whether it is a repair, some maintenance or bigger home improvements, I'll be pleased to help you.
